FOUNDED BY PARK SLOPE NATIVE EDUCATORS, MUSICIANS, AND ENTERTAINERS
Guided by professionally trained music and technology mentors with decades of experience, groups of 6-12 campers take on a music specialty,
form a group star pod, and create a masterpiece.
Camp ends with a live concert and celebration
where all star pods take the stage and shine
at an iconic music venue.
Everyday is spent 1/2 park, 1/2 studio.
Our camp
Marc Herstein aka Mr. Marc Founder and instructor
Raised in Park Slope Brooklyn, Marc’s 30 year journey in music, arts, education, and event production
has molded himself into one of the most sought after children’s educators and entertainers around.
Known for teaching song writing, dance, and DJ’ing school parties at almost every elementary and middle school in Park Slope, Marc created Star Factory.
A top tier, musical summer experience for kids 7-12.
